Keep Your Olive Oil and Balsamic at its Best

St. Croix Olive keeps all its extra virgin olive oils and its aged Balsamic vinegars in air tight, stainless  Fusti to ensure optimum freshness.  When you have made your selections, they are then decanted into green tinted UV resistant glass bottles to preserve the taste and quality of the product.  To maintain this freshness, store your tightly sealed bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  Do not keep your olive oil in the refrigerator or it will become cloudy and thick. You can expect the average life of your olive oil and Balsamic vinegar, kept under these conditions, for up to two years.
