ARTICHOKE & GARLIC   We’ve combined that with the wonderful and essential Garlic to bring a superstar to our line-up.  You’ll be hard pressed to find a savory recipe that isn’t improved by little of this olive oil.  Sure to be a quick and easy favorite for pasta dishes (especially lemon pasta!), drizzled over roasted vegetables, puddled in mashed potatoes, top off risotto just before serving, add to humus or grab a good loaf of bread and start dipping.

CHIPOTLE – Chipotle, a Mexican inspired smoked jalapeno chili pepper, is the largest addition to our infused olive oil lineup. GARLIC CHILI  These two flavors fuse together and create an olive oil you’ll reach for over and over again. We tried it on seared steak – heavenly brushed on grilled meats – divine, tossed it with pasta – yum, as a finishing touch in chili con carne, and on mashed potatoes instead of butter – delicious!

GARLIC MUSHROOM   Add it to meats, vegetables, baked potatoes, sauces, marinades, bread dippers, and salad dressings. Incredible drizzled on oven roasted cauliflower. Splendid in pastas, risotto, stews, soups and sauces.

GREEK KORONEIKI EXTRA VIRGIN  Koroneiki oils are noted for their fruitiness and their stability, which means that they keep their flavor and freshness a long time.

We like to brush on fresh rolls before baking, use as a garnish for stews, drizzle over grilled vegetables, or add to marinades, sauces and salad dressings paired up with your favorite flavored balsamic.

ITALIAN CAROLEA EXTRA VIRGIN   (Currently out of stock) The Carolea olive trees grow in Basilicata and Calabria, a land between the heel and the toe of the “boot” in Southern Italy. They grow in the hilly area of Basilicata and nearby the Ionian Sea in Calabria. Native to this area, the olives product an excellent oil. A natural choice for grilled scallops, oven roasted cauliflower or baba ghanoush dip.

JALAPENO INFUSED   Jalapeño chilies, known for the perfect balance of heat and flavour are slowly infused in this gourmet olive oil pushing  this creation over the top!  Trust us, it’s addictive!

PERSIAN LIME   Naturally flavoured extra virgin olive oil that features the refreshing, distinct, taste of real lime. This light, aromatic olive oil is the perfect way to spruce up a summer salad or as a surprising bread dip! Try it in guacamole or mix with mayo for a great seafood salad. Perfect for the Spring and Summer.

ROSEMARY INFUSED   (Currently out of stock). Rosemary, in it’s full flavour and aroma, gently infused in a quality olive oil.  It is perfect on lamb, chicken, fish, salads, bread and whenever the flavour of olive and rosemary is desired.  Does it get any better than this?

ROSEMARY-LAVENDER INFUSED  Lavender is an incredibly versatile herb for cooking. It’s sweet floral flavor with lemon & citrus notes, fuses perfectly with our sumptuous Rosemary Olive Oil. Use on fresh fish, pot roast, breads, cookies, roasted whole chickens, egg dishes, summer salads, and sauces.

SMOKED HICKORY  Immediately transport your senses to outside cooking over an open flame with this woodsy Smoked Hickory Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Compliments poultry, ham, ribs, beef roast, vegetables, stews,soups, marinades, and sauces. Add to your crock pot baked beans for added dimension. SPANISH ARBEQUINA EXTRA VIRGIN   This delicate smooth varietal is cultivated in the Catalonia region and is an early harvest. Brush on your favorite grilling foods (veggies, meats, poultry & seafood) to seal in moisture. Drizzle the finished dish just before serving to enhance the grilled flavor.
