Our olive oils hail from boutique, family-run groves in Spain, Turkey, Chile, Australia, United States, Tunisia, Greece and Italy, with our more than two dozen Balsamic vinegars being produced in Modena, Italy. Jerry Mercer and Annette Lacey Mercer have journeyed throughout the olive groves of southern Europe and United States, tasting artisan oils, learning the fascinating history and culture of olive oil production and experienced the pride and passion of the artisans who are processing one of Nature’s most beneficial gifts.
